Hazelnut porridge recipe

Do you have to switch up your breakfast? Here's one of the best ways to do it. Introducing: hazelnut porridge. This easy recipe might just be the autumnal breakfast inspo you've been looking for! 


  • 75g chopped oats 
  • 225ml dairy-free milk
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs 
  • 1 pinch salt 
  • 4 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, roughly chopped 
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)  


  1. Add the oats and milk to a medium sized pan over a medium head. Stir constantly until the mixture is bubbling, then turn down the heat to let the porridge simmer - still stirring - until it's creamy 
  2. Stir in the cacao nibs and salt, then take off the heat and stir in the hazelnut butter
  3. Serve in two bowls, topped with the sliced banana, chopped hazelnuts and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
